This goes along with the post below.  This is one of the changes I encourage my clients to make.
1 c. 2% milk = 130 calories, 8 grams protein
1 c. skim milk = 90 calories, 8 grams protein
If you drink two cups of skim milk daily, in place of 2% milk, you save 80 calories per day.  That's 280 calories a week. That comes out to about 4 lbs a year! Now, how many years have you been drinking 2% milk?  Let's get started!
