Because everyone is different, I prefer to perform a physical assessment and THEN customize a personal plan for each of my clients, based on their type of goals, time frame for their goals, schedule, types of activities they enjoy, and starting ability. Each session lasts 50-70 minutes with exception to your first session, which will be about 30 additional minutes, to complete the physical/goal assessment.
Here is how my price breakdown goes:
Single session-->$40.00
Two person team session-->$60.00
Group Rate (3-4 people)-->$90.00
Physical assessment and customized plan only-->$60.00
Six sessions-->$200.00
Fifteen sessions-->$480.00

I customize a personal fitness plan for you, then I teach you the plan. I'll meet with you as often as you like, with the underlying goal to keep you motivated and on track to achieve your end goals. I will help you slowly adjust your diet to eat "cleaner" and healthier. I don't prefer to use strict diets. I believe small guided changes in the long run will create good habits and help keep you on track for life. We work together to identify your fitness road blocks and then overcome them. Happier, healthier living for life is really my root purpose. You CAN reach a potential you haven't realized yet, lets unlock the door to your success!
I do expect some things:
Be on time to training sessions. Time you are late is deducted from your workout. Payment is expected up front. I have tons of ideas and options to help you succeed. YOU choose the options that will work for you. Work hard and stick to the small changes you make. Do your best and I'll be there to help get you to the end.

Many people ask how often I need to train with them. Some clients only need to meet one time for the physical assessment and explanation of their custom plan. Other clients prefer me to coach and train them three times a week. I would suggest allowing me to train you at least once a month, once a week or more is preferred to better track your results, keep you motivated, keep you on the right track, and adjust your plan as your fitness level (and possibly your goals) change. The first step is to give me a call!!
