-1 lb salmon filets or steaks
-¼ t salt
-¼ t black pepper
-1 T butter
-2 T honey
-1 t dried dill weed or 3 T fresh dill
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F, rinse salmon on a foil lined cookie sheet. Sprinkle salt and pepper over fish. Bake 20 minutes. Meanwhile, in sauce pan, combine butter honey and dill. Cook until comes to a boil. Brush or pour sauces evenly over fish and cook for additional 5- 10 minutes until salmon flakes easily with fork.
