I love the training principals in Rapid Fit. For my clients that have the goal(s) to lose weight, get stronger, improve cardio, and/or improve their overall fitness; Rapid Fit is the best I have found. It is incredibly adaptable, reaches all levels of fitness and gets results. It is AWESOME! This is just one example of the training tools/programs that I incorporate.
