Whole Wheat Pita Wraps

Whole Wheat Pitas
Pre chop/slice vegetables of choice, I love tomatoes, onions, peppers, lettuce and cucumbers.
Place a couple of slices of lean, non processed deli meat on griddle, add slice of swiss or provolone cheese to the warming meat.  When the cheese starts to melt, lay pita onto cheese then scoop up meat and add veggies. Mango slices make this extra special.
